# Saliente CSAT (deprecado)

### Selección de motivo

Se seleccionarán todos los motivos de cierre que contengan la palabra 'csat' el cual podrás verlo dentro del despegable. Estos motivos pueden o no tener cargado un template de Whatsapp previo para que el usuario responda las preguntas del CSAT.

### Enviar saliente

Si CSAT tiene un icono de Whatsapp, hace referencia a que ese ticket no ha tenido una encuesta. Presionando este icono mostrará el desplegable para envío del template ya configurado en la instancia del bot con su url correspondiente.
