## Proceso

1. Selección de cliente.
2. Tabulación y creación de ticket.
3. Enviar whatsapp para abrir y asociar una conversación al ticket (opcional).

Para asociar una conversación al ticket, el usuairo DEBE responder el whatsapp template saliente.
