### Filtros

* Periodo: Rango de tiempo solicitado de información (Hoy, últimos siete días, mes actual, etc.)
* Canales: Vía con la cual se comunica el cliente.&#x20;
* Departamento: Sector de la empresa
* Agente: Nombre del agente.&#x20;

### Generar Reporte

Esta opción exportará la información en formato Excel con todos los tickets solicitados en la generación del reporte con sus respectivos filtros.
